  • If you don’t have a gravel bed or concrete pad, we provide solid concrete blocking to ensure your shed is perfectly level and secure.

  • Unlike standard pine, our ground-contact-grade pressure-treated foundation skids resist moisture, rot, and decay, providing a stable foundation for a lifetime.

  • We don’t cut corners when it comes to your shed’s floor. We use 2” x 6” floor joists (not flimsy 2x4s) spaced 16” on center in our 10' wide sheds for unmatched strength. The floor is topped with ¾” plywood—not particle board that swells, weakens, and deteriorates over time.

Walls & Structure - Built for Durability

The walls of a shed are its backbone. We use premium-grade materials to provide long-lasting life and resistance to the elements.

  • We use the same premium framing standards found in modern home construction. This ensures maximum structural integrity, strength, and durability.

  • Our sheds come with LP SmartSide paneling, which resists moisture, rot, and termites—unlike traditional pine that stains and deteriorates over time. Plus, it comes with a 50-year manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Proper ventilation is key to a cooler, moisture-free shed. Our sheds feature built-in vented end walls, which reduce heat retention in the summer and help prevent condensation buildup.
